With vast experience on executing projects, we help customers to identify & evaluate PCB Fab houses, Identify new vendors for components. We also help them on price negotiation, pickup options and enable any other business convenience options with vendors.
BoM review & Price Negotiation
We can review the entire BoM sheet and provide suggestion for alternate components considering availability, pricing etc. We can also help on negotiating with vendors on component pricing, lead time etc.
Contract Manufacturing
We can identify, co-visit, evaluate and suggest electronic manufacturing facilities as per client requirements. Advise clients on ways to negotiate with EMS vendors. We can remain as a representative for your company to execute volume manufacturing orders when there is a monthly production commitment. We can also execute projects in an outsourced business model.
We may not be a direct replacement for China when compare to price. However, we add value with our engineering consultancy, complete product ownership. In a long run of business, we should be able to offer competitive price without compromising on Quality as well.
